If a final diagnosis cannot be delivered
If payment succeeds but a technical or service problem prevents us from generating a valid purchased report, we will first try to restore or re-run delivery. If redelivery cannot reasonably be completed, the purchase is eligible for a refund.
Duplicate charges
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.
The money-back promise
If a paid diagnosis ends with “We need a few more numbers” after you added every number we asked for, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Use the support form, choose Payment / refund and include the diagnosis ID. A likely answer and a “nothing stands out” result are completed diagnoses and are not refunded.
After successful delivery
Because the output is personalized from the business information supplied, a diagnosis that has been successfully generated and delivered is generally non-refundable except under the money-back promise above and except where required by applicable law or where the service is materially defective.
Disagreement and data errors
A diagnosis is our assessment of the information you gave us. Disagreement with a finding does not automatically mean the service is defective. Contact support if you believe data were processed incorrectly, the wrong currency or units were used, or a technical error affected the report.
Numbers entered by mistake do not entitle you to unlimited free diagnoses, but we will look at obvious technical problems or typing mistakes fairly. The same principles apply to every diagnosis and re-check.
Requesting help or a refund
Use the secure support form and choose Payment / refund. Include your account email, diagnosis ID and a concise reason. Do not send payment-card data or sensitive business datasets.
Provider and statutory rules
The final live-payment policy will be reviewed against the selected provider’s refund, chargeback, tax and consumer-law processes before payments are enabled. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
